Your name, photo, hometown, workplace, education history, and so on can all be added to your profile. You’ll also see updates from business pages that you’ve liked. Your posts will also appear in the newsfeed where your friends can see them. # Timeline ![](/files/8SWtthKThTi8H7vuXufd) Often confused with a newsfeed, the timeline is your personal record of all the posts you’ve shared and posts you’ve interacted with. While you won’t usually see friend’s status updates here, there is one exception — if they’ve tagged you in a post or a photo, it’ll appear on your timeline. Text, images, videos, and location are just a few of the types of posts you can share to the newsfeed for your friends to see. Stories are short pieces of content that are visible for just 24 hours. After 24 hours, the stories disappear from the newsfeed. # Notification ![](/files/GiFA4TCjBKVwjVXMiNVO) Represented by the bell icon, a notification informs you when a friend engages with your posts, photos, videos, or timeline, you’ll receive a notification that explains what they engaged with and when. Friend requests will also appear here. # Messenger Instead of a direct messaging platform in the native Bizverse app, Bizverse Messenger exists as a separate application so users can chat one-on-one or in a private group setting. # Video Meet Host a conference, teach a class, showcase art. Bizverse makes it easy to connect and share images, videos, 3D models, and more. With Bizverse Video Meet you can have conversations with everyone together or break out into smaller groups — just like you can in person. # Friending These are people you’ve either sent a request to and they’ve accepted or people who have sent you a request and you’ve accepted. Unlike other social networking sites that allow someone to follow you without you following them back, Bizverse Social's friend system requires both you and the other person to be friends with each other. When you add new friends, you automatically follow them (and they follow you, too). This is Bizverse Social ’s way of adding this new friend to your newsfeed and making sure you see their posts (at least for a little while unless you stop engaging with them). Keep in mind, while Bizverse automatically follows your friends for you, you can manually unfollow them without unfriending them. This action removes these individuals’ posts from your newsfeed. If you do this, you’ll need to search your friends individually and surge their timelines to catch up on their latest posts. # Pages Businesses use Bizverse Pages to create a presence on the social network. Pages are not individual Bizverse users — think of them as profiles for businesses. They can post updates, images, videos, and all the other types of content that profiles can. However, they have an advantage — **Bizverse** Pages have the ability to connect to Bizverse for Business and run ad campaigns. A group is a community of users who interact with each other based on various topics set by the group’s admins and other users. Only individual users can be added to groups — pages cannot be part of Bizverse groups. Admins have a wide range of permissions they can enable or disable to have the group function in a particular way. The events can accept RSVPs, create a guest list, and share the date time, and location of the event. Events can be virtual through a video platform or they can be in person with a physical location. You can look back on your life and how you changed over the years — what you did, how you changed, what you and your friends laughed about, and more. Memories feature allows you to see what you did on this day any number of years ago, as far back as you've had your account. Your memories refresh every day, and Bizverse usually sends you a notification when they are. # Find Friends The best way to find people to follow is by tapping the magnifying glass icon at the top of the app. This will open the Explore page, where you'll find a feed of suggested posts based on what Instagram thinks you're interested in. The Explore page can also be organized by topic — another great way for discovering content. Additionally, the page is where you can search for users by name. Our verification team vets all requests thoroughly and bases their review on a number of inputs to determine whether an account is eligible to be verified. # Customize Your Profile ## **Personalize Your Profile** The chances that you share a name with someone else on Bizverse Social are very high. That’s why you should personalize your profile. When you’ve got a personalized profile, your friends and family will find you without much effort. You can add a profile picture, cover photo and personal info such as where you’re living and your hobbies. ### **Update Your Profile** If you want to update your profile for any reason later on. Simply go to the **About** section of your profile by clicking on ![](/files/omw51ZPsl6wdZlEWZKps) in the top right corner of the screen and then select **Edit**. Once there, you can fill in more details about yourself. You can add your education, job title and more. Having a well-detailed profile will make it easier for your Bizverse Social friends and audience to find you. ### **Choose a Profile Picture** To add a Bizverse Social profile picture or change your current profile picture: 1. From Bizverse Social homepage click on your name in the top left.. 2. Choose a photo from your computer. 4. Crop your photo and then click **Save**. When you finish editing your avatar, click the arrow button on the top right and submit your email to receive your avatar file through email or click **"Continue without Sign-up"** to save your Half Body 3D Character glb url or download .glb file. ## Share and Manage Posts on Your Profile ### Posting on Bizverse Social To share something on Bizerse Social 1. From the top of your News Feed, click **What's going on? #Hashtag.. @Mention.. Link..** 2. Add a text update or click the type of post you'd like to share (example: **Photo, Create a Poll, Video**). 3. Click **Share.** ### Editing a Shared Post To edit a post you've shared on Bizverse Social. 1. Go to your post. 2. Click in the top right of the post. 3. Click **Edit post**. 4. Make your changes. 5. Click **Update.** If photos are included in your post, keep in mind: * In most cases, you can delete photos without deleting the entire post. Hover over any photos you'd like to delete and click ![](https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/assets/?revision=4744064592350480\&name=comet-exit-desktop\&density=1) in the top right of the photo. * To add more photos, click ![](/files/vRkkwI7wbFk0Zpw0wuDJ) and then click **Update** to save the changes. # Community ## Creating a Bizverse Social Page *Pages are for businesses, brands, organizations, and public figures to share their stories and connect with people. Like profiles, Pages can be customized with stories, events, and more. People who like or follow a Page can get updates in News Feed.* 1. Go to [my.bizverse.world/create-page](https://my.bizverse.world/create-page) or click the community icon in the top of Bizverse Social and select ![](/files/D1yhbZuJIbAIHCSp9vau) 2. Click to choose a **Category**. 3. Fill out the required information. 4. Click **Create** After creating an event, you can share posts, [add a profile photo & cover](broken://pages/rosbIy0FgTFlHYAtmLtm#pages-profile-pictures-and-cover-photos-and-design-your-page), [update page information, ](broken://pages/rosbIy0FgTFlHYAtmLtm#general-settings-and-page-information)[add admin](broken://pages/rosbIy0FgTFlHYAtmLtm#manage-a-list-of-pages-admin-page-analytics-and-delete-your-page) to help you manage the page, or you can [delete your page](broken://pages/rosbIy0FgTFlHYAtmLtm#delete-page) if you want. Note: Anyone can create a Page, but only official representatives can create a Page for an organization, business, brand, or public figure. ## Creating a Bizverse Social Group To create a group: 1. Go to[ my.bizverse.world/create-group](https://my.bizverse.world/create-group) or click the community icon in the top of Bizverse Social and select ![](/files/qmXUjNlYAl3qoEwyxLb8) 2. Enter your **Group name,** your **Group URL**. 3. Select the **Group type**. If you selected private, select whether to make your group private or public. 4. Choose a group **Category** and introduce your group in the **About** box. 5. Click **Create** Once you create your group, you personalize it by [uploading a cover photo](broken://pages/wdwhkXdgPEyPOfGsPto2#groups-avatar-and-cover) and adding a description. Note: We recommend that group admins share any commercial or business affiliations in the group and update the group if affiliations change. You can update the group by changing the group description and making an announcement. #### Group type You can see if a group is public or private in the **About** section of the group. To see if a group is public or private: 1. From your News Feed, click **Groups** in the left menu and select your group. 2. You can see the group info panel in the left menu and privacy level you’ll see **Public** or **Private.** ## Creating an Event on Bizverse Social To create an event: 1. Go to[ ](https://my.bizverse.world/create-group)[my.bizverse.world/events/create-event](https://my.bizverse.world/events/create-event/) or click the community icon in the top of Bizverse Social and select ![](/files/yfZiHJEzeIKSBbxhkbfF) 2. Enter your event's **Name** (should be more than 10 characters), **Description** (should be more than 32 characters), **Location.** 3. Choose the **Start Date** and **End Date** of the event. 4. Upload event's **Cover.** 5. Click **Publish.** After creating an event, you can share posts, [invite guests](broken://pages/eayf7I5tV5Fjx4yrJOp8#invite-friends-followers-to-your-event), [add a cover photo](broken://pages/eayf7I5tV5Fjx4yrJOp8#update-event-cover), and [edit event details.](broken://pages/eayf7I5tV5Fjx4yrJOp8#edit-event-details) Note: Only Pages, not personal profiles, can create recurring events. # Page Settings You can edit your page's General Settings, Page Information, Gift Setting, Social Links, Avatar & Cover, Design, Admin, Page Analytics, and Delete Page. To access Page Settings. 1. From your News Feed, click ![](/files/uInCw1TYi5uZMzlUF4N9) **My Pages** in the left menu. 2. Go to your Page and click. ![](/files/LRMU0GT19faLhXM3cbM4) below your page's name. 3. In Page Settings window, select the setting options from the menu on the right. ## General Settings and Page Information You can update or change your page's Name, Category, Sub Category, Call to action, Call to target URL, Page URL, Phone, Location, Personal website... ### Change General Settings To change your page General Settings. 1. In the Page Settings window, select **General** in the right menu. 2. Update your General Settings and click **Save.** This info will appear in your Page's **About** section and on the right side of your Page's timeline. ### Page Information To change your page Page Information 1. In Page Settings window, select **Page Information** in the right menu. 2. Update your Page Information and click **Save.** This info will appear in your Page's **About** section and on the right side of your Page's timeline. ## Page's Profile Pictures & Cover Photos and Design your page You can customize your page by changing Avatar, Cover and Background. ### Change your page's avatar and cover. To add or change your page's avatar & cover: 1. In Page Settings window, select **Avatar & Cover** in the right menu. 2. Upload your page's new avatar, cover and click **Save.** ### Change your page's background. To add or change your Page's background. 1. In Page Settings window, select **Design** in the right menu. 2. Upload your page's new background and click **Save.** ## Manage a list of page's Admin, Page Analytics and Delete your page ### Manage Admin list You can add a user to be the admin of your page, set Privileges and remove Admin. To access your page's admin management 1. In Page Settings window, select **Admin** in the right menu, you will see a list of admins of your page. 2. To remove a user from the admin list, click ![](/files/PpVv3EEW2oCFTGcRgZTy) below their name. ### Page Analytics in Page Analytics you can track your page likes by day, week, month and year as a line chart and you can print or download it in various formats. To access your page's Page Analytics. 1. In Page Settings window, select Page Analytics in the right menu**.** 2. To change your group General Settings. 1. In Group Settings window, select **General** in the right menu. 2. Update your General Settings and click **Save.** This info will appear in your group's **About** section and on the right side of your group's timeline. ## Privacy You can update or change your group Privacy Settings, include Group type and Confirm request when someone joining this group ? To change your group Privacy Settings. 1. In Group Settings window, select **Privacy** in the right menu. 2. Select your Group type and Confirm request when someone joining this group ? setting and click **Save.** **Group type:** * **Public**: anyone on or off Bizverse Social can see who’s in the group and what they post. * **Private**: only members can see who’s in the group and what they post. **Confirm request when someone joining this group ?:** * **Yes**: Requests to join the group will be automatically approved * **No:** To join the group, admin confirmation is required ## Group's Avatar & Cover You can customize your group by changing Avatar and Cover. To add or change your group's avatar & cover: 1. In Group Settings window, select **Avatar & Cover** in the right menu. 2. Upload your page's new avatar, cover or remove them by clicking on **Remove avatar** or **Remove cover** and then click **Save.** ## Members list You can add a member to become an admin of your group or remove them from the group. Make your changes and click **Save.** #### Editing limits What you can edit: * Event name * Date and time * Location of the event * Event description If you need to edit something that can't be changed, you'll need to [cancel your event](#cancel-an-event) and make it again. ### Update Event cover 1. From Event homepage, hover your cursor over the default event cover image, the icon will appear. 2. Click on the icon, browse to your cover picture. For best results, choose photos that are 1200x628 pixels (about a 2:1 ratio). 3. Choose your photo and reposition it if you like, then click **Save.** Note: You can't edit the size of a main photo after it's been added to an event. If this is a public event, anyone who views the event can see its photos. Photos posted on private events are only visible to people who were invited. ### Invite friends/followers to your Event If you're a host of an event, you can invite your friends to the event. 1. Type your friend's/follower's name and then click ![](/files/GW36SI2XzhD7axG4cPoT)behind their name, they will receive an invitation to your event. ### Cancel an Event Once you've deleted an event, you won't be able to restore the event. If you delete an event by accident, you must [create a new event](broken://pages/YFdmgHdwbCt6aXaqSBls#creating-an-event-on-bizverse-social). To cancel or delete your event: 1. A confirmation notification will appear, click **Delete** to confirm and delete your event, if you don't want to, just tap ![](/files/RVFr87rFk5u8boz3zzao). Keep in mind that a notification will be sent to everyone who was invited and hasn't already declined or removed themselves from the invite. Note: When you delete an event, everything will be deleted and no one will be able to post. # Friending on Bizverse Social ## Adding friends ### Find and add a friend on Bizverse Social #### To find and add a friend: 1. Click the search bar in the top of any Bizverse Social page. 2. Type your friend's name into the search bar and click 3. Go to that person's profile by typing their name into the search bar at the top of Bizverse Social. 2. Click below their profile, a notification will appear. 3. Click **Yes** to unfriend. ### Block When you block someone they will no longer be able to do things such as tag you or see things you post on your timeline. To see what happens when you block someone, click here #### To block someone 1. Go to that person's profile by typing their name into the search bar at the top of Bizverse Social. 2. Click at the bottom right of their cover, a notification will appear. 3. Click **Confirm** to block. #### Blocked list and Un-Block To see who you’ve blocked: 1. Click in the top right of Bizverse Social. 2. Select **General Settings.** 3. On the right side, click **Blocked Users.** 4. In the **Block Users** section, you’ll see a list of people you’ve blocked on Bizverse Social. From here, you can **Unblock** someone by clicking **Un-Block** under the name of the person you’d like to unblock. # BIZGift Game on Bizverse Social **BIZVERSE** develops **BizGift Game** with the desire to bring users interesting experiences. Secure browsing is one way that we protect your information. Your activity *(ex: posting a status or sending a message)* is encrypted, which means it’s turned into code so people can't access it without your permission. If you accidentally click on a spammy post, we have tools to detect if you have viruses on your computer and help you remove it. When it comes to your personal information, we don’t share it without your permission (unless required by law). Save the avatar. ![](https://bizverse.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FrYSfbqfEJ6z9ClyAgVHy%2Fuploads%2FwqL5ZPbRT0xcI48dITKQ%2Fava.gif?alt=media\&token=7ac0e90e-38a2-46c9-8cf3-97e1659b5ae3) ### Create your 3D Characters with Bizverse Social Head to [my.bizverse.world](https://my.bizverse.world/) and login to your Bizverse Social account, click Account settings on the top right corner of the screen and choose **"Edit".** In User Settings, find and click **"Avatar 3D Character"** on the right panel, you can create Full Body 3D Character for use in Map3D, VR or Half Body 3D Character to use in My Space. #### Create 3D Character Click **"Create 3D Character",** Half Body 3D Character creation panel will show up: Step 1 - Choose your body type: Masculine, Feminine or Don't specify, if you already have an avatar just click **"Sign in with Ready Player Me"** Step 2 - Photo: You can auto-create your Half Body 3D Character by taking a photo of yourself with the camera on your device by clicking **"Take a photo"** or upload an image file, if you don't want to, just click **"Continue without a photo"** Step 3 - Customize: You can customize your avatar's hair, nose, eyes, skin color, clothes... with custom bar. More info is provided in the [Invite menu](#invite-menu) section at the bottom of this page. 2. **Mute:** Toggles your microphone on/off. 3. **Share:** Enables you to share your desktop, webcam, or phone camera with Space members. The shared media will appear like a video in the Space. Click this button again or use the [Object menu](#object-menu) to remove the media. 4. **Place:** Opens a search tool to find media you can bring into the Space. Select from 3D models, scenes, avatars and gifs, or provide a URL or file for an image, video, model or scene. Additional objects that you can place are listed below: * **Pen:** Lets you draw in 3D space. You can change the pen's size and color (see [Bizverse My Space Controls](/my-space-in-bizverse/controls)), undo strokes, and generate 3D models from your drawing (see the [Drawing Menu](#drawing-menu)) * **Camera:** Creates a camera object that can take photos and videos of the Space then add them to the Space as objects. When you take a photo or video, a link also appears in the chat. Click the camera button again to remove the camera object. 5. **React:** Opens a menu where you can select an emoji to spawn in the Space. 6. **Chat:** Enables you to communicate via text chat, create objects or enter commands. Commands include: * ``` /leave - Disconnect from the room. /grow - Increase your avatar's size. /shrink - Decrease your avatar's size. /duck - Create a duck object. /debug - Toggle physics debug rendering. /vrstats - Toggle stats in VR. /scene - Change the scene (moderators only). /rename - Rename the room (moderators only). /audiomode - Toggle left-right spatialization, but keep distance-based attenuation (experimental). /audioNormalization - Equalize audio levels (experimental) /fly - Toggle fly mode. ``` 7. **Leave:** Leave the current Space that you are in 8. **More:** Opens a panel to display additional commands that are available. From this menu, you can favorite a Space, modify your user preferences, access help, and other settings. If you are the Space owner, this menu will also include settings related to the Space permissions and current scene. 9. **Objects:** Displays a list of the media items that exist in the Space. Click on the objects in the list for further options. 10. **People:** Displays information on the people in the Space and lobby. Shows the number of Space members, their names, and their device type. You can also access advanced user controls from this list. ## Menus Space objects and avatars have their own menus. To reveal them on desktop computers, hover your cursor on the object, and press the space bar (or tab). For VR devices, see the [Controls](/my-space-in-bizverse/controls) section of the docs. ### Object Menu ![](/files/iZXYdC3j0mbP6KHQz41l) 1. **Pin:** Makes the object stay in the Space when you leave. By default, objects disappear when their creators exit. 2. **Target:** Opens a focused view of the object. This menu item is present for media objects. 3. **Resize:** Resizes the object. 4. **Open link:** Opens the URL of the object in a new browser tab. 5. **Trash:** Removes the object from the scene. 6. **Gravity:** Makes the object fall to the floor. 7. **Clone:** Makes a duplicate of the object. 8. **Rotate:** Rotates the object. 9. **Magnify:** Displays a view of object low in your view. This menu item (not shown) is present for media objects. 10. **Convert to drawing:** Converts the object back to a drawing. This menu item (not shown) is present if the object originated from a drawing. ### Avatar Menu ![](/files/fTOEfaNttmwhFfgfCIwj) 1. **Volume:** Changes the volume of the user's audio. (Doesn't affect the volume for others in the Space.) 2. **Hide:** Hides a user's avatar and audio from you. This only applies to the current session; once you refresh you will see them again. Other Space members can still see and hear the user. 3. **Mute:** Mutes the user's microphone so that they are no longer heard by anyone in the Space. (Moderators only.) 4. **Kick:** Temporarily kicks a user from the Space. (Moderators only.) ### Camera Menus ![](/files/4PpTtjgufnIWn9Zc8tUD) 1. **Photo:** Takes a still image then adds it to the Space as an object. 2. **Video:** Records a video then adds it to the Space as an object. Use the arrows to adjust the recording length. Note that video recordings are temporarily saved to browser storage; a recording in progress may be lost if the browser runs out of space. If you wish to record an event we recommend using a screen recording tool such as [OBS](https://obsproject.com/). 3. **Mute Video:** Controls whether audio is included in the video. 4. **Recenter:** Reorients the camera to face you. 5. **Trash:** Removes the camera from the scene. 6. **Rotate:** Rotates the camera. 7. **Object Focus:** Reorients the camera to face the object or user. 8. **Object Track:** Makes the camera rotate to follow the object or user. ### Drawing Menu ![](/files/iWTPFGl0JYvHdQiNUnra) 1. **Create:** Makes the drawing into a 3D object. 2. **Undo:** Removes the last stroke. 3. **Trash** Removes the drawing from the scene. ## Video Controls ![](/files/HEZoZUZuvEIlUY0BYK8D) ​Hover your cursor on a video to display its video controls. 1. **Screencapture:** Takes a screenshot of the video and then adds it to the Space as an object. 2. **Volume:** Changes the volume of the audio playback for you. (Does not affect the volume for others in the Space.) 3. **Play/Pause:** Plays/pauses the video. 4. **Time Controls:** Jumps forwards/backwards in the video. ## Emoji Spawners A menu of emoji spawners is displayed when you display [object or avatar menus](#object-menu).​ ![](/files/GmnxCgaJIQkIyp8pVEW9) The emoji menu lets you spawn a grabbable emoji that emits particles when shaken. The emoji is deleted a few seconds after you let go of it. ## Invite Menu The **"Invite"** button opens a dialog with the information you need in order to share the room with others, so they can join you in the room. ![](/files/Tft6ZhKKsAhEH4BPj5Yt) You can copy or share the [my360bizverse.world/link](https://my360bizverse.world/link) URL or use the numeric code to share a link verbally. Note that numeric codes expire after 72 hours. The `iframe` HTML code (displayed if you have room permissions) lets you embed the room in a web page. # Sharing Avatar Links Privately **Do you have a Bizverse My Space where you want specific avatars to be available for specific people but not others? For example, an event where the performer has an exclusive avatar or moderators wear a custom moderator shirt, unavailable to attendees?** If so, read on... If you create a custom avatar, you can send the 2D texture set or the 3D GLB model file to the event organizes to upload. Alternatively, if you want to make it easier on the event organizers, you can create a **"Dressing Room"** for special avatars. This is a room, where the different avatars are on display for people to wear. #### Creating a dressing room 1. Create a new Bizverse My Space's Space to be the **"Dressing Room".** 2. Upload a special avatar you want to share, and then find it in your list of **"My Avatars".** 3. Right click on it and select **"Copy Link Location".** 4. Go back to the dressing room, then press CTRL+V (CMD+V on Mac). A 2D representation of the avatar is added to the room as an object. 5. Pin this object so that it doesn't disappear when you leave the room. (Hover cursor on it, press the space bar, and select **"Pin"**.) 6. Share the URL to this dressing room with the organizing team. You can change them at any time by clicking the 'People' menu in the top left corner of the screen and selecting your own name from the list. Use one of our featured avatars or upload your own. ### My Avatars For quick access to your favorite avatars, you can save them to **"My Avatars"** for quick access. These include: * Uploading custom avatars. * Saving avatars to **"My Avatars".** * Changing scenes. * Uploading custom scenes. * Pinning objects in a Space. * Using Space moderation tools. * Saving Spaces to favorites. To set up an account, the only information we require is an email address. # My Space Settings ### Change the Scene There are lots of scenes to choose from in our featured scenes browser. You can also upload your own using our scene editor, [Bizverse Space Studio](https://my360bizverse.world/spoke/projects). If you are a Space moderator, find the scene browser by opening the dropdown menu and selecting **"Choose a Scene".** ![](https://bizverse.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FrYSfbqfEJ6z9ClyAgVHy%2Fuploads%2FR8yYZ84IOrmDokzCdJ1F%2FChangeScene.gif?alt=media\&token=d5c38fb4-dcb2-4f3d-beae-ef076a738f18) ### Change Space Name To change the name of a Space, Space moderators can select **"Room Info and Settings"** from the dropdown menu then click **"Edit"** and enter a new name. ### Space Permissions By default, Spaces are set to **"Shared link"** mode, where Space links contain unique, random identifiers. Sharing this link will give anyone access to the Space. You can also set the Space to **"Invite only"** mode, which allows you to generate a link with an additional unique, random identifier. Visitors must then use this invite link to access the Space, and the invite link can be revoked to deny future access to the Space. When an invite link is revoked, a new one is generated in its place. Users who are already in the Space will not be removed from it. Note: You can also switch from **"Invite only"** mode back to **"Shared link"** mode. Since **"Shared link"** mode is less restrictive, it will allow users with previously revoked invite links to access the Space. If you want to prevent this, keep the Space in "Invite only" mode. You can specify whether users in the Space are able to create and move objects, create cameras, pin content, draw with the pen, create emoji, and fly. By default, all these features are enabled. To toggle them select **"Room Info and Settings"** from the dropdown menu, click **"Edit"** and set the permissions you want. ### Promoting Space Moderators When in a Space with other trusted users, the Space owner can promote other users to also have moderation permissions. Promoted moderators have all of the same permissions as a Space owner. It is important to ensure that users who are promoted to moderator are trusted parties, as they will have abilities to rename, change scenes, and close the Space. To promote a user to moderator, select the user from the user list and click the **"Promote"** button. Users need to be signed in to be promoted. ### Maximum Capacity Bizverse My Space's Spaces have a maximum capacity of 25 people in-room to ensure performance across devices. However, many more can watch from the lobby, even when the Space is full. Users in the lobby can see and hear what's going on inside the Space and can interact with others through chat. If a Space is full, we recommend turning on **"Camera Mode"** to broadcast a moderator's view to the lobby. ### Camera Mode Camera mode broadcasts a moderator's view to the lobby. This allows users who haven't entered the Space to see what's going on in the virtual space from the moderator's point of view. To turn on **"Camera Mode"** select it from the dropdown menu. Entering camera mode also reveals a button to hide the user interface. This can be helpful when doing screen recordings of an event. Press Esc to show the user interface again. ### Kick Users To temporarily kick a user from the Space, open the avatar menu and select **"Kick."** ### Favorite Rooms Add a Space to your list of favorites by opening up the **'More'** menu and clicking **"Favorite Room"**. Adding a room to your favorites makes it easier to find again by adding it to your home Bizverse My Space screen. To remove the Space from your favorites, open the Space, open the **'More'** menu, and click **'Unfavorite Room'.** ### Close a Room When you leave a Space, it remains accessible via its URL. You can choose to permanently close the Space by selecting **"Close Room"** from the dropdown menu. If you are getting stuck on the loading screen, try refreshing the page or loading the scene on another browser or device. ### Audio sounds choppy Choppy sounding audio could indicate that your device/network is having trouble with the complexity of the Space. This could be because of the complexity of objects in the scene, or the number of other Space members present. If you are on a mobile phone, you may find audio quality and performance improves if you enter the Space from a more powerful device, such as a computer. ### I can't hear someone / someone can't hear me A connectivity issue may result in one person in the Space being unable to hear one or more other participants in a space. We first recommend that you confirm that you can hear other sounds in the Space (for example, the sound an object makes when you add it to the Space, a video in the Space, or the chat sound) and that your Bizverse My Space audio preferences aren't set to 0 volume. Bizverse My Space confirm that you are not muted and that you have allowed microphone permissions for Bizverse My Space. If you aren't getting any audio at all, try reconnecting to the Space with a different audio output device. ### Wired-in headset is not working If your wired-in headset isn't connecting, we recommend checking the following: * Does your browser support WebVR? We recommend Firefox for wired-in WebVR experiences. See if your set-up works at . * Is your browser up to date? * Do you have SteamVR (Vive / Windows Mixed Reality) or Oculus App (Rift) installed and up to date? * Does your VR headset require other supporting software (e.g., Windows Mixed Reality Portal)? Is this installed and up to date? * If you are using Windows Mixed Reality, have you also installed the [Steam VR tooling](https://store.steampowered.com/app/719950/Windows_Mixed_Reality_for_SteamVR/) for WMR headsets? * Is your browser using the same graphics card as the VR Headset? ### There is echo in the Space Echo may occur if a participant is not wearing headphones. You can ask participants to mute their mic when they are not speaking, or as a Space moderator you can mute them yourself in their avatar menu. You can also reduce the volume of the user in their avatar menu. See [Bizverse My Space Features](/my-space-in-bizverse/bizverse-my-space-features) for more information. ### I have generally bad performance in a Space on an otherwise powerful computer Confirm that your browser has hardware acceleration enabled. This will allow your browser to utilize the graphics card, which is important for rendering Bizverse My Space with better performance. If you are on a laptop with a discrete GPU, you should also confirm that the browser is using the dedicated card in the computer settings. ### "Unable to connect" error An error that says "unable to connect" is often caused by a firewall. At a minimum, Bizverse My Space needs your computer to connect to external ports 80 and 443, *both* via TLS. Ideally, you should also open up ports 51610-65535 on UDP and TCP for Bizverse My Space on your router's firewall. Note that for self-hosted versions of Bizverse My Space you need to open ports 49152-60999 on UDP and TCP. You will also need to open port 19302 on UDP and TCP. ### Bizverse My Space landing page is blank If you are using Internet Explorer, try opening the website on another browser. If it doesn't appear on other pages, try clearing your cache and cookies for that page. ### Mic not working If no sound is being picked up from your voice, first check that your mic is properly plugged in and that you selected the right mic in the browser permissions (typically to the left of the address bar). If it is still not working, you may need to look in the privacy and security settings on your computer to ensure that mic permissions are not being blocked. If it still does not work, try in another browser. Bizverse My Space works best in Firefox and Chrome, but it also runs on Edge and desktop Safari. If the mic is picking up your voice but it sounds distorted. Check you aren't using a bluetooth headset mic, as these do not always work well with browser-based tools. ### Screen sharing / webcam not working Similar to mic issues, if you can't get screen sharing or the webcam to work, first ensure that any required peripherals (webcam) are plugged in. Ensure they have the right permissions to run in your browser (typically to the left of the address bar). If it is still not working, you may need to look in the privacy and security settings on your computer to ensure that permissions are not being blocked. If it still does not work, try in another browser. Bizverse My Space works best in Firefox and Chrome, but it also runs on Edge and desktop Safari. ### Objects disappear after leaving Space By design, any objects you create in a Space will disappear when you leave. This prevents the Space from becoming cluttered and slow as things are left behind. If you do want an object to stay in the Space, open the object's controls (hover your cursor over it and press the space bar on desktop), and select **"pin".** A pinned object will stay in the Space until it is unpinned or deleted. ### Objects appear as broken media link If you try to import an object and it loads as a broken link, it could be an unsupported file format, or the file might be too large. Bizverse My Space supports file uploads up to 150MB. ### Images aren't displaying Some older systems have trouble rendering 2D objects in the scene. If you suspect this is happening, try reloading the page with the following flag at the end of the URL: **?disablebatching**. For example: ``` https://spacebizverse.world/NdaJCfq/smart-magnificent-gala?disablebatching ``` ### YouTube is not working YouTube videos don't work reliably in Bizverse My Space. We recommend a maximum of 25 in-room participants. This capacity is the default because low-power devices, such as mobile phones and standalone VR headsets, may begin experiencing performance issues in busier Spaces. You can adjust the Space capacity in the [My Space Settings](/360-space-in-bizverse/space-settings) menu. Once a Space is full, all additional users (participant #26 and beyond) can still participate by watching from the lobby. Users in the lobby can see and hear what's happening in the Space and interact via text chat; however, they are not represented as avatars in the Space and their mic is not active. There is no hard limit on lobby capacity, however, performance may decrease once there are over one hundred people in the lobby. If you want to scale Bizverse My Space for a larger event we recommend splitting crowds into multiple Spaces with smaller groups or live streaming the event, depending on the use case. Bizverse My Space's Spaces stay open forever unless you choose the **"Close Room**" option from the dropdown menu. Unless a Space has been "closed", you will always be able to use the URL to revisit your Space. If you plan to revisit a Space, you might like to add it to your favorites for easy access. ### Can I play video content in Bizverse My Space? Bizverse My Space has the ability to play videos in the Space, which allows you to watch with friends or live stream content from an existing stream. For videos, Bizverse My Space supports standard video formats. Live stream content is supported in the HLS format. You can embed videos from popular video hosting websites like Vimeo, YouTube, and Twitch, but due to high load, these may sometimes be unreliable. For mission-critical content, we recommend hosting videos on the Bizverse My Space servers by uploading them to your Bizverse My Space's Space or Bizverse Space Studio (there is a 128MB size limit for these videos) or using a hosting provider like Amazon S3. ### Where does the chat log go? The chat log only exists temporarily. Messages disappear after a set period of time. We are working on developing chat scrollback. ### Can I share a PowerPoint presentation in Bizverse My Space? Bizverse My Space is great for giving presentations. Supported media types are PDF files, images, 3D models, audio, video, webcam input, and screen sharing. To use a PowerPoint in Bizverse My Space, you can convert it to a PDF file and import it directly into Bizverse My Space, or you can use screen sharing to stream a view of your presentation into Bizverse My Space. ### Is it possible to have my video or slides show up in a good place (like on a wall) automatically? Precise positioning using the [object controls](/my-space-in-bizverse/bizverse-my-space-features#object-menu) in Bizverse My Space can be a bit tricky at the moment. If precise positioning is important, you may prefer to build your media into the scene using [Bizverse Space Studio](https://my360bizverse.world/spoke/projects), Bizverse My Space's web-based scene editing tool. Bizverse Space Studio has controls that let you fine-tune object placement. In the meantime, you may find it easier to resize and place objects when using Bizverse My Space in VR. If you are setting up a Space on desktop, we recommend directly facing the surface you wish to place your media on when importing the files. To move the media into position, you may find you have more control if you click on the object with your mouse to grab it, and then move it into place using the WASD keys. ### What devices does Bizverse My Space run on? Because it runs in the browser, Bizverse My Space is very cross-platform compatible. It works on mobile, desktop, and VR devices, and runs on most modern browsers. For more information check out the supported [devices & browsers](/my-space-in-bizverse/create-and-join-space) section. ### Why are lines on my drawings disappearing? There is a maximum number of lines that can be included in drawings using the pen tool. Once the limit is reached, the first lines will start to disappear. To prevent this, periodically open the object menu on your drawing, and press the "create" button (magic wand). This will turn your drawing into an object, and reset your line count to 0. ### Can I create custom environments? Environments are completely customizable using [Bizverse Space Studio](https://my360bizverse.world/spoke/projects), Bizverse My Space's web-based scene editing tool. We recommend using screen recording software like [OBS](https://obsproject.com/) to capture events in Bizverse My Space. To hide the user interface when recording, you can press the backtick key ( \` ), or turn on [camera mode](/my-space-in-bizverse/my-space-settings#camera-mode). ### Can I add custom interactive objects to my Space? [Bizverse Space Studio](https://my360bizverse.world/spoke/projects) allows you to create model spawners in your Space, enabling users to generate copies of 3D models in the Space. It is not possible at the moment to add scripting or further interactivity to objects in Bizverse Space Studio or Bizverse My Space. ### Can I import 3D models from \[other software]? [Bizverse My Space](https://my360bizverse.world/spoke/projects) supports importing glTF binary (.glb) models. If the tool you use doesn't create .glb files, we recommend using a tool like [Blender](https://www.blender.org/) to convert your model. ### Is it possible to create my own avatar? For sure! We love seeing custom avatars. You can either re-skin the default avatars or upload your own 3D model (.glb). Yes, just copy and paste a link for one Bizverse My Space's Space into another (or paste the URL into the Bizverse My Space chat box and press the little magic wand icon). Due to browser limitations, when you open the new Bizverse My Space's Space you have to go through the **"Join Room"** process again. ### Can I prevent other people in the Space from drawing, controlling slides/videos, etc? If you are the Space moderator you can turn these on/off by going to [My Space Settings](/my-space-in-bizverse/my-space-settings) in the dropdown menu. ### Is there a laser pointer tool in VR? The pen in Bizverse My Space doubles as a laser pointer tool. When the pen is emitting a laser, you and others will see a line going from your avatar in the direction you are pointing. ### How do I fly? You can type /fly in the text chat box, or press G on desktop, or press down on the joystick in Quest. ### How do I access the text chat box & preferences on Quest? You need to leave VR mode to access the text chat box & preferences on Quest. Press the home button on your controller and "quit" VR. ### Why do things disappear when I leave the Space? However, at this time, the system does not allow players to collect those gifts. If the player clicks on the gift, the system will display a message ***"You are at the far gift, please come closer to collect."*** Within a radius of 5 meters to 10 meters, players can collect gifts that appear. When the player clicks on the gift, the system will automatically turn on the AR tool. At this point, the player needs to move the phone to find the specific location of the gift. These gifts will be divided into three categories. Each type has a different usage: * **NFTs**: saved in **My Inventory** on **MarketPlace.** NFTs are used for trading at **MarketPlace**. * **VRA**: saved in **Game Wallet**. VRA is a form of digital asset used internally within the BIZVERSE ecosystem. Players can use VRA to perform exchange operations in the Bizverse system. * **Gift Card**: saved in **My Gift**. Gift cards are used to scan and exchange rewards directly at the business. Players can also use gift cards to give to their friends. # Note ### Business * To register to give gifts, your business needs to set up a store address on the business's page. This address is the place where the gift will appear. Each type of gift will automatically be transferred to the corresponding location. A Sign-In Link will be sent to your email, to continue, click on the link in the email using your phone, tablet, or PC. Your email will be verified, when verification is complete, close the browser window and return to Bizverse 360 Space. ### **Sign in with your Bizverse account** If you want to log in with your Bizverse account, click **"Login with your Bizverse account"** on Sign In panel, you will be directed to Bizverse Social login page. Fill your Bizverse Social account, a sign in link will be sent to your email, click on the link in the email using your phone, tablet, or PC. Your new space is private; no one else can join until you invite them. ### Join an Existing Space You can join an existing Bizverse 360 Space's Space using either a URL or a numeric code. If you have a URL, navigate to the URL in your browser. If you have a numeric code, visit [360bizverse.world/link](https://360bizverse.world/link) to use it. ### Enter a Space Before entering a Space you are in the lobby. You can see and hear what's going on in the Space but you can only interact with the others using text chat. The process of entering a Space is a bit different depending on your device. #### On Desktop / Mobile Click **"Join Room"** and follow the prompts to select a username/avatar and set up your mic. On the final prompt select **"Enter Room"**, or **"Enter on Phone"** if on mobile. ![](/files/wNsCnyyv3af7Wg8bfhnD) #### On a Standalone VR Headset If you opened the URL on your desktop or smartphone, choose **"Enter on Device"** to create a code that makes it easy to open on your standalone headset (e.g., Oculus Quest, Oculus Go, Samsung Gear). To use a desktop VR device with your headset, the Oculus app (Oculus Rift) or SteamVR (Windows Mixed Reality, Vive) must also be open. On your computer, click **"Join Room"** and follow the prompts to select a username/avatar and set up your mic. On the final prompt before entering you should see an option to select "Connected VR Headset". For troubleshooting information visit Bizverse 360 Space [troubleshooting ](/360-space-in-bizverse/troubleshooting)page. # Creating Custom Avatars In Bizverse 360 Space you can choose how you want to represent yourself. Select from any of the featured or newest avatars, or create your own. Depending on how involved you'd like to get in the avatar creation process, you might choose to simply 're-skin' one of the base avatar bodies, or upload your own 3D model. ### To 're-skin' your avatar in 360 Space The most straightforward way to customize an avatar for Bizverse 360 Space is to upload a custom texture on one of the base robots. To do this: 1. Enter a Bizverse 360 Space's Space. 2. Select the **"People"** list icon in the top right corner of the screen. 3. Click your name and then choose **"Change Avatar"** to open the avatar selection screen. 4. From here, you can see a list of your own avatars, the first spot should say **"Create Avatar".** 5. Click **"Custom GLB"** and upload a .glb file. If you want to design a custom texture for the robot skin, see the details below. 6. Save the avatar. ### Create your 3D Characters with Bizverse Social Head to [my.bizverse.world](https://my.bizverse.world/) and login to your Bizverse Social account, click Account settings on the top right corner of the screen and choose **"Edit".** In User Settings, find and click **"Avatar 3D Character"** on the right panel, you can create Full Body 3D Character for use in Map3D, VR or Half Body 3D Character to use in 360 Space. #### Create 3D Character Click **"Create 3D Character",** Half Body 3D Character creation panel will show up: Step 1 - Choose your body type: Masculine, Feminine or Don't specify, if you already have an avatar just click **"Sign in with Ready Player Me"** Step 2 - Photo: You can auto-create your Half Body 3D Character by taking a photo of yourself with the camera on your device by clicking **"Take a photo"** or upload an image file, if you don't want to, just click **"Continue without a photo"** Step 3 - Customize: You can customize your avatar's hair, nose, eyes, skin color, clothes... with custom bar. When you finish editing your avatar, click the arrow button on the top right and submit your email to receive your avatar file through email or click **"Continue without Sign-up"** to save your Half Body 3D Character glb url or download .glb file. # Use Full Body Avatar created on Bizverse Social to join Space Bizverse Social supports the feature of creating Full Body Avatars to access Space. Implementation steps: ### Create Full Body Avatar at Bizverse Social
**Step 1:** Access and log in to Bizverse Social. **Step 2:** Click on Avatar, select "GENERAL SETTING" then select "AVATAR 3D CHARACTER" and click "FULL BODY 3D CHARACTER" **Step 3:** Make yourself a 3D Character (customize the character: Hair, clothes, skin color,..) **Step 4:** After creating, click “SAVE” to finish creating the 3D character. Now you can use 3D characters to join Space (allowing to copy the created character link to share or join by avatar link) ### Use Full Body Avatar to join Space
**Step 1:** Access and log in to Space. **Step 2:** When participating in Space, you choose Avatar (which is a 3D character created at Social) or paste the created character link. **Step 3:** Access Space with the created character. In the process of joining Space, you can change your Avatar with the following operations: **Step 1:** In the Menu bar, click More function, then select the function "CHANGE NAME & AVATAR." **Step 2:** Click "CHANGE AVATAR" to proceed to change Avatar (Can use the system's sample Avatars, created Avatar, or paste glb link) **Step 3:** After selecting the new Avatar, click "ACCEPT" to complete the creation. Now you change the Avatar successfully. # Share webcam on Avatar when joining Space During the exploration of Metaverse space, the system supports users to share their webcams directly on 3D characters, now the interaction becomes more realistic. Implementation steps:
* **Step 1:** Login and access Space with the model of the system that supports Share webcam. * **Step 2:** Click on the "SHARE" function and select "AVATAR CAMERA" Note: The system will ask you to allow Camera access to use this feature. # Switch perspective When accessing Space, you can change the perspective of 3D characters flexibly to have more interesting experiences in Space.

The steps are as follows: 1: Use keyboard shortcuts: Press the "V" key to switch back and forth between first-person and third-person perspectives 2: Use the angle conversion function * **Step 1:** Click on "PLACE" function * **Step 2:** Choose to switch between “TTP <=> FPS” In addition, the system also allows you to change the View mode to get an overview or detailed Metaverse Space by clicking on the function "WORLDWIDE" or "VIEW DETAILS" in the Menu bar. # Animation for characters In the process of accessing Space, the system supports a variety of Animations for characters.
The steps to turn on Animation for the character are as follows: 1: Use keyboard shortcuts: Press the number keys from 0 to 9, in turn, to turn on the Animation modes for the character. 2: Use the Animation function: * **Step 1:** Accesse Space and uses 3D FULL BODY character * **Step 2:** Click on the function * **Step 3:** Select the Animation you want to apply to your 3D character # Create and manage Gifts in Space ### Create a gift
For users who want to distribute gifts in their Metaverse Space. Steps to create a gift: **Step 1:** Login and access your Metaverse Space. **Step 2:** Click on the Create Gift function to start creating gifts. **Step 3:** Enter the information to create a gift into the information form. After filling in all information, click "SEND" to create a gift. ### Gift Management
After creating gifts, you manage the created gifts by the following steps: **Step 1:** Login and access your Metaverse Space. **Step 2:** Click on the "MORE" button to open an expanded list of functions in Space. **Step 3:** Click on the "GIFT MANAGEMENT" function, where you can manage your created Gift with the following functions: * EDIT - Edit gift (edit only when time has not started). * VIEW - View (see the gift's location in Metaverse Space). * CLAIM - Get back the created gift (only allowed when the gift has not started or ended) * DELETE - Delete gifts (for gifts that have ended or have not yet arrived, the user must CLAIM the gift before deleting). # Bizverse 360 Space Features ![](/files/JAL1ZdsS555uzGrxTSq8) ## User Interface 1. **Invite:** Opens a dialog box with information on sharing the Space with friends. More info is provided in the [Invite menu](#invite-menu) section at the bottom of this page. 2. **Mute:** Toggles your microphone on/off. 3. **Share:** Enables you to share your desktop, webcam, or phone camera with Space members. The shared media will appear like a video in the Space. Click this button again or use the [Object menu](#object-menu) to remove the media. 4. **Place:** Opens a search tool to find media you can bring into the Space. Select from 3D models, scenes, avatars and gifs, or provide a URL or file for an image, video, model or scene. Additional objects that you can place are listed below: * **Pen:** Lets you draw in 3D space. You can change the pen's size and color (see [Bizverse 360 Space Controls](/360-space-in-bizverse/controls)), undo strokes, and generate 3D models from your drawing (see the [Drawing menu](#drawing-menu)). * **Camera:** Creates a camera object that can take photos and videos of the Space then add them to the Space as objects. When you take a photo or video, a link also appears in the chat. Click the camera button again to remove the camera object. 5. **React:** Opens a menu where you can select an emoji to spawn in the Space. 6. **Chat:** Enables you to communicate via text chat, create objects or enter commands. Commands include: * ``` /leave - Disconnect from the Space. /grow - Increase your avatar's size. /shrink - Decrease your avatar's size. /duck - Create a duck object. /debug - Toggle physics debug rendering. /vrstats - Toggle stats in VR. /scene - Change the scene (moderators only). /rename - Rename the Space (moderators only). /audiomode - Toggle left-right spatialization, but keep distance-based attenuation (experimental). /audioNormalization - Equalize audio levels (experimental) /fly - Toggle fly mode. ``` 7. **Leave:** Leave the current Space that you are in 8. **More:** Opens a panel to display additional commands that are available. From this menu, you can favorite a Space, modify your user preferences, access help, and other settings. If you are the Space owner, this menu will also include settings related to the Space permissions and current scene. 9. **Objects:** Displays a list of the media items that exist in the Space. Click on the objects in the list for further options. 10. **People:** Displays information on the people in the Space and lobby. Shows the number of Space members, their names, and their device type. You can also access advanced user controls from this list. ## Menus Space objects and avatars have their own menus. To reveal them on desktop computers, hover your cursor on the object, and press the space bar (or tab). For VR devices, see the [Controls](/360-space-in-bizverse/controls) section of the docs. ### Object Menu ![](/files/iZXYdC3j0mbP6KHQz41l) 1. **Pin:** Makes the object stay in the Space when you leave. By default, objects disappear when their creators exit. 2. **Target:** Opens a focused view of the object. This menu item is present for media objects. 3. **Resize:** Resizes the object. 4. **Open link:** Opens the URL of the object in a new browser tab. 5. **Trash:** Removes the object from the scene. 6. **Gravity:** Makes the object fall to the floor. 7. **Clone:** Makes a duplicate of the object. 8. **Rotate:** Rotates the object. 9. **Magnify:** Displays a view of object low in your view. This menu item (not shown) is present for media objects. 10. **Convert to drawing:** Converts the object back to a drawing. This menu item (not shown) is present if the object originated from a drawing. ### Avatar Menu ![](/files/fTOEfaNttmwhFfgfCIwj) 1. **Volume:** Changes the volume of the user's audio. (Doesn't affect the volume for others in the Space.) 2. **Hide:** Hides a user's avatar and audio from you. This only applies to the current session; once you refresh you will see them again. Other Space members can still see and hear the user. 3. **Mute:** Mutes the user's microphone so that they are no longer heard by anyone in the Space. (Moderators only.) 4. **Kick:** Temporarily kicks a user from the Space. (Moderators only.) ### Camera Menus ![](/files/4PpTtjgufnIWn9Zc8tUD) 1. **Photo:** Takes a still image then adds it to the Space as an object. 2. **Video:** Records a video then adds it to the Space as an object. Use the arrows to adjust the recording length. Note that video recordings are temporarily saved to browser storage; a recording in progress may be lost if the browser runs out of space. If you wish to record an event we recommend using a screen recording tool such as [OBS](https://obsproject.com/). 3. **Mute Video:** Controls whether audio is included in the video. 4. **Recenter:** Reorients the camera to face you. 5. **Trash:** Removes the camera from the scene. 6. **Rotate:** Rotates the camera. 7. **Object Focus:** Reorients the camera to face the object or user. 8. **Object Track:** Makes the camera rotate to follow the object or user. ### Drawing Menu ![](/files/iWTPFGl0JYvHdQiNUnra) 1. **Create:** Makes the drawing into a 3D object. 2. **Undo:** Removes the last stroke. 3. **Trash** Removes the drawing from the scene. ## Video Controls ![](/files/HEZoZUZuvEIlUY0BYK8D) Hover your cursor on a video to display its video controls. 1. **Screencapture:** Takes a screenshot of the video and then adds it to the Space as an object. 2. **Volume:** Changes the volume of the audio playback for you. (Does not affect the volume for others in the Space.) 3. **Play/Pause:** Plays/pauses the video. 4. **Time Controls:** Jumps forwards/backwards in the video. ## Emoji Spawners A menu of emoji spawners is displayed when you display [object or avatar menus](#object-menu). ![](/files/GmnxCgaJIQkIyp8pVEW9) The emoji menu lets you spawn a grabbable emoji that emits particles when shaken. The emoji is deleted a few seconds after you let go of it. ## Invite Menu The **"Invite"** button opens a dialog with the information you need in order to share the Space with others, so they can join you in the Space. ![](/files/Tft6ZhKKsAhEH4BPj5Yt) You can copy or share the [360bizverse.world/link](https://360bizverse.world/link) URL or use the numeric code to share a link verbally. Note that numeric codes expire after 72 hours. The `iframe` HTML code (displayed if you have Space permissions) lets you embed the Space in a web page. # Sharing Avatar Links Privately **Do you have a Bizverse 360 Space where you want specific avatars to be available for specific people but not others? For example, an event where the performer has an exclusive avatar or moderators wear a custom moderator shirt, unavailable to attendees?** If so, read on... If you create a custom avatar, you can send the 2D texture set or the 3D GLB model file to the event organizes to upload. Alternatively, if you want to make it easier on the event organizers, you can create a **"Dressing Room"** for special avatars. This is a room, where the different avatars are on display for people to wear. #### Creating a dressing room 1. Create a new Bizverse 360 Space to be the **"Dressing Room".** 2. Upload a special avatar you want to share, and then find it in your list of **"My Avatars".** 3. Right click on it and select **"Copy Link Location".** 4. Go back to the dressing room, then press CTRL+V (CMD+V on Mac). A 2D representation of the avatar is added to the room as an object. 5. Pin this object so that it doesn't disappear when you leave the room. (Hover cursor on it, press the space bar, and select **"Pin"**.) 6. Share the URL to this dressing room with the organizing team. You can change them at any time by clicking the 'People' menu in the top left corner of the screen and selecting your own name from the list. Use one of our featured avatars or upload your own. ### My Avatars For quick access to your favorite avatars, you can save them to **"My Avatars"** for quick access. These include: * Uploading custom avatars. * Saving avatars to **"My Avatars".** * Changing scenes. * Uploading custom scenes. * Pinning objects in a Space. * Using Space moderation tools. * Saving Spaces to favorites. To set up an account, the only information we require is an email address. # Space Settings ### Change the Scene There are lots of scenes to choose from in our featured scenes browser. Sharing this link will give anyone access to the Space. You can also set the Space to **"Invite only"** mode, which allows you to generate a link with an additional unique, random identifier. Visitors must then use this invite link to access the Space, and the invite link can be revoked to deny future access to the Space. When an invite link is revoked, a new one is generated in its place. Users who are already in the Space will not be removed from it. Note: You can also switch from **"Invite only"** mode back to **"Shared link"** mode. Since **"Shared link"** mode is less restrictive, it will allow users with previously revoked invite links to access the Space. If you want to prevent this, keep the Space in "Invite only" mode. You can specify whether users in the Space are able to create and move objects, create cameras, pin content, draw with the pen, create emoji, and fly. By default, all these features are enabled. To toggle them select **"Room Info and Settings"** from the dropdown menu, click **"Edit"** and set the permissions you want. ### Promoting Space Moderators When in a Space with other trusted users, the Space owner can promote other users to also have moderation permissions. Promoted moderators have all of the same permissions as a Space owner. It is important to ensure that users who are promoted to moderator are trusted parties, as they will have abilities to rename, change scenes, and close the Space. To promote a user to moderator, select the user from the user list and click the **"Promote"** button. Users need to be signed in to be promoted. ### Maximum Capacity Bizverse 360 Space's Spaces have a maximum capacity of 25 people in-room to ensure performance across devices. However, many more can watch from the lobby, even when the Space is full. Users in the lobby can see and hear what's going on inside the Space and can interact with others through chat. If a Space is full, we recommend turning on **"Camera Mode"** to broadcast a moderator's view to the lobby. ### Camera Mode Camera mode broadcasts a moderator's view to the lobby. This allows users who haven't entered the Space to see what's going on in the virtual space from the moderator's point of view. To turn on **"Camera Mode"** select it from the dropdown menu. Entering camera mode also reveals a button to hide the user interface. This can be helpful when doing screen recordings of an event. Press Esc to show the user interface again. ### Kick Users To temporarily kick a user from the Space, open the avatar menu and select **"Kick."** ### Favorite Rooms Add a Space to your list of favorites by opening up the **'More'** menu and clicking **"Favorite Room"**. Adding a room to your favorites makes it easier to find again by adding it to your home Bizverse 360 Space screen. To remove the Space from your favorites, open the Space, open the **'More'** menu, and click **'Unfavorite Room'.** ### Close a Room When you leave a Space, it remains accessible via its URL. You can choose to permanently close the Space by selecting **"Close Room"** from the dropdown menu. If you are getting stuck on the loading screen, try refreshing the page or loading the scene on another browser or device. ### Audio sounds choppy Choppy sounding audio could indicate that your device/network is having trouble with the complexity of the Space. This could be because of the complexity of objects in the scene, or the number of other Space members present. If you are on a mobile phone, you may find audio quality and performance improves if you enter the Space from a more powerful device, such as a computer. ### I can't hear someone / someone can't hear me A connectivity issue may result in one person in the Space being unable to hear one or more other participants in a space. We first recommend that you confirm that you can hear other sounds in the Space (for example, the sound an object makes when you add it to the Space, a video in the Space, or the chat sound) and that your Bizverse 360 Space audio preferences aren't set to 0 volume. Bizverse 360 Space confirm that you are not muted and that you have allowed microphone permissions for Bizverse 360 Space. If you aren't getting any audio at all, try reconnecting to the Space with a different audio output device. ### Wired-in headset is not working If your wired-in headset isn't connecting, we recommend checking the following: * Does your browser support WebVR? We recommend Firefox for wired-in WebVR experiences. See if your set-up works at . * Is your browser up to date? * Do you have SteamVR (Vive / Windows Mixed Reality) or Oculus App (Rift) installed and up to date? * Does your VR headset require other supporting software (e.g., Windows Mixed Reality Portal)? Is this installed and up to date? * If you are using Windows Mixed Reality, have you also installed the [Steam VR tooling](https://store.steampowered.com/app/719950/Windows_Mixed_Reality_for_SteamVR/) for WMR headsets? * Is your browser using the same graphics card as the VR Headset? ### There is echo in the Space Echo may occur if a participant is not wearing headphones. You can ask participants to mute their mic when they are not speaking, or as a Space moderator you can mute them yourself in their avatar menu. You can also reduce the volume of the user in their avatar menu. See [Bizverse 360 Space Features](/360-space-in-bizverse/bizverse-360-space-features) for more information. ### I have generally bad performance in a Space on an otherwise powerful computer Confirm that your browser has hardware acceleration enabled. This will allow your browser to utilize the graphics card, which is important for rendering Bizverse 360 Space with better performance. If you are on a laptop with a discrete GPU, you should also confirm that the browser is using the dedicated card in the computer settings. ### "Unable to connect" error An error that says "unable to connect" is often caused by a firewall. At a minimum, Bizverse 360 Space needs your computer to connect to external ports 80 and 443, *both* via TLS. Ideally, you should also open up ports 51610-65535 on UDP and TCP for Bizverse 360 Space on your router's firewall. Note that for self-hosted versions of Bizverse 360 Space you need to open ports 49152-60999 on UDP and TCP. You will also need to open port 19302 on UDP and TCP. ### Bizverse 360 Space landing page is blank If you are using Internet Explorer, try opening the website on another browser. If it doesn't appear on other pages, try clearing your cache and cookies for that page. ### Mic not working If no sound is being picked up from your voice, first check that your mic is properly plugged in and that you selected the right mic in the browser permissions (typically to the left of the address bar). If it is still not working, you may need to look in the privacy and security settings on your computer to ensure that mic permissions are not being blocked. If it still does not work, try in another browser. Bizverse 360 Space works best in Firefox and Chrome, but it also runs on Edge and desktop Safari. If the mic is picking up your voice but it sounds distorted. Check you aren't using a bluetooth headset mic, as these do not always work well with browser-based tools. ### Screen sharing / webcam not working Similar to mic issues, if you can't get screen sharing or the webcam to work, first ensure that any required peripherals (webcam) are plugged in. Ensure they have the right permissions to run in your browser (typically to the left of the address bar). If it is still not working, you may need to look in the privacy and security settings on your computer to ensure that permissions are not being blocked. If it still does not work, try in another browser. Bizverse 360 Space works best in Firefox and Chrome, but it also runs on Edge and desktop Safari. ### Objects disappear after leaving Space By design, any objects you create in a Space will disappear when you leave. This prevents the Space from becoming cluttered and slow as things are left behind. If you do want an object to stay in the Space, open the object's controls (hover your cursor over it and press the space bar on desktop), and select **"pin".** A pinned object will stay in the Space until it is unpinned or deleted. ### Objects appear as broken media link If you try to import an object and it loads as a broken link, it could be an unsupported file format, or the file might be too large. Bizverse 360 Space supports file uploads up to 150MB. ### Images aren't displaying Some older systems have trouble rendering 2D objects in the scene. If you suspect this is happening, try reloading the page with the following flag at the end of the URL: **?disablebatching**. For example: ``` https://spacebizverse.world/NdaJCfq/smart-magnificent-gala?disablebatching ``` ### YouTube is not working YouTube videos don't work reliably in Bizverse 360 Space. We recommend trying Vimeo or saving your video to Dropbox and streaming from there. ### Need help with something else? We recommend a maximum of 25 in-room participants. This capacity is the default because low-power devices, such as mobile phones and standalone VR headsets, may begin experiencing performance issues in busier Spaces. You can adjust the Space capacity in the [Space settings](/360-space-in-bizverse/space-settings) menu. Once a Space is full, all additional users (participant #26 and beyond) can still participate by watching from the lobby. Users in the lobby can see and hear what's happening in the Space and interact via text chat; however, they are not represented as avatars in the Space and their mic is not active. There is no hard limit on lobby capacity, however, performance may decrease once there are over one hundred people in the lobby. If you want to scale Bizverse 360 Space for a larger event we recommend splitting crowds into multiple Spaces with smaller groups or live streaming the event, depending on the use case. Bizverse 360 Space's Spaces stay open forever unless you choose the **"Close Room**" option from the dropdown menu. Unless a Space has been "closed", you will always be able to use the URL to revisit your Space. If you plan to revisit a Space, you might like to add it to your favorites for easy access. ### Can I play video content in Bizverse 360 Space? Bizverse 360 Space has the ability to play videos in the Space, which allows you to watch with friends or live stream content from an existing stream. For videos, Bizverse 360 Space supports standard video formats. Live stream content is supported in the HLS format. You can embed videos from popular video hosting websites like Vimeo, YouTube, and Twitch, but due to high load, these may sometimes be unreliable. For mission-critical content, we recommend hosting videos on the Bizverse 360 Space servers by uploading them to your Bizverse 360 Space's Space (there is a 128MB size limit for these videos) or using a hosting provider like Amazon S3. ### Where does the chat log go? The chat log only exists temporarily. Messages disappear after a set period of time. We are working on developing chat scrollback. ### Can I share a PowerPoint presentation in Bizverse 360 Space? Bizverse 360 Space is great for giving presentations. Supported media types are PDF files, images, 3D models, audio, video, webcam input, and screen sharing. To use a PowerPoint in Bizverse 360 Space, you can convert it to a PDF file and import it directly into Bizverse 360 Space, or you can use screen sharing to stream a view of your presentation into Bizverse 360 Space. ### Is it possible to have my video or slides show up in a good place (like on a wall) automatically? Precise positioning using the [object controls](/360-space-in-bizverse/bizverse-360-space-features#object-menu) in Bizverse 360 Space can be a bit tricky at the moment. You may find it easier to resize and place objects when using Bizverse 360 Space in VR. If you are setting up a Space on desktop, we recommend directly facing the surface you wish to place your media on when importing the files. To move the media into position, you may find you have more control if you click on the object with your mouse to grab it, and then move it into place using the WASD keys. ### What devices does Bizverse 360 Space run on? Because it runs in the browser, Bizverse 360 Space is very cross-platform compatible. It works on mobile, desktop, and VR devices, and runs on most modern browsers. For more information check out the supported [devices & browsers](/360-space-in-bizverse/create-and-join-space) section. ### Why are lines on my drawings disappearing? There is a maximum number of lines that can be included in drawings using the pen tool. Once the limit is reached, the first lines will start to disappear. To prevent this, periodically open the object menu on your drawing, and press the "create" button (magic wand). This will turn your drawing into an object, and reset your line count to 0. ### Can I create custom environments? It only for Bizverse Pro at [my360bizverse.world](https://my360bizverse.world/), you can not create your 3D scene at [360bizverse.world](), it's only for use in VR Meeting and VR Space with Built-in scenarios by Bizverse Teams ### How do I record my event in Bizverse 360 Space? We recommend using screen recording software like [OBS](https://obsproject.com/) to capture events in Bizverse 360 Space. To hide the user interface when recording, you can press the backtick key ( \` ), or turn on [camera mode](/360-space-in-bizverse/space-settings#camera-mode). ### Can I import 3D models from \[other software]? [Bizverse 360 Space](https://my360bizverse.world/spoke/projects) supports importing glTF binary (.glb) models. If the tool you use doesn't create .glb files, we recommend using a tool like [Blender](https://www.blender.org/) to convert your model. ### Is it possible to create my own avatar? For sure! We love seeing custom avatars. You can either re-skin the default avatars or upload your own 3D model (.glb). Yes, just copy and paste a link for one Bizverse 360 Space's Space into another (or paste the URL into the Bizverse 360 Space chat box and press the little magic wand icon). Due to browser limitations, when you open the new Bizverse 360 Space's Space you have to go through the **"Join Room"** process again. ### Can I prevent other people in the Space from drawing, controlling slides/videos, etc? If you are the Space moderator you can turn these on/off by going to [Space Settings](/360-space-in-bizverse/space-settings) in the dropdown menu. ### Is there a laser pointer tool in VR? The pen in Bizverse 360 Space doubles as a laser pointer tool. When the pen is emitting a laser, you and others will see a line going from your avatar in the direction you are pointing. ### How do I fly? You can type /fly in the text chat box, or press G on desktop, or press down on the joystick in Quest. ### How do I access the text chat box & preferences on Quest? You need to leave VR mode to access the text chat box & preferences on Quest. Press the home button on your controller and "quit" VR. ### Why do things disappear when I leave the Space?
